A Step-by-Step Guide to Using POF Shrink Film

Measure Your Product:

Ensure the film covers your product completely before cutting to size.

 

Seal the Edges:

Use a heat sealer to secure the edges and lock in the product, ensuring that the shrink film is taut and even.

Apply Heat:

Use a heat gun or shrink tunnel to evenly shrink the film around the product. The film will conform to the shape of the item, providing a tight, secure seal.

Inspect for Tightness and Clarity:

After shrinking, check that the film is evenly applied without wrinkles, and ensure there’s no loose material.

Microns are a unit of measurement used to describe the thickness of very thin materials, like plastic film, fabric, or paper. One micron is equal to one-millionth of a meter, or 0.001 millimeters. To put it in perspective, a human hair is about 50 to 100 microns thick.
